The Process
How It Works
From sourcing to global shipment, we streamline the entire export process to make buying vehicles from China structured, transparent, and predictable.
01
Feasibility & Buyer Fit Assessment
Not every buyer, vehicle, or destination is suitable for EV export.
We start by assessing:
- your target market and destination
- intended use (dealer, fleet, private import)
- regulatory and practical feasibility
This ensures EV export from China is approached as a professional import project, not a retail purchase.
02
Inquiry & Project Scoping
Your inquiry is the start of a structured export discussion — not a checkout.
From the first conversation, we:
- explain what is feasible and what is not
- clarify responsibilities on both sides
- outline realistic timelines and risks
Clear communication at this stage prevents surprises later.
03
Vehicle Sourcing & Availability Confirmation
Once scope is aligned, we identify suitable vehicles based on:
- availability in the Chinese market
- specification and destination compatibility
- commercial and logistical viability
We adapt quickly to market conditions and customer requirements.
04
Inspection & Condition Transparency
Where applicable, inspections are coordinated to document condition clearly.
This includes:
- visible exterior and interior condition
- VIN and odometer confirmation
- photo and/or video documentation
Inspections are non-invasive and designed to support transparency — not to create unrealistic guarantees.
05
Commercial Alignment & Secure Payment
Only after expectations, condition, and scope are aligned do we move forward commercially.
We ensure:
- clear pricing and invoicing
- verified payment channels
- compliance with AML and sanctions requirements
We do not shortcut compliance or accept unclear payment structures.
06
Export Documentation & Compliance Execution
We handle the export side of the process professionally and correctly, including:
- export documentation
- deregistration (where applicable)
- customs coordination in China
Import approval, registration, and local compliance remain the customer’s responsibility — clearly defined and respected.
07
International Shipping
Vehicles are shipped via established RoRo or container routes, depending on destination and requirements.
We coordinate:
- compliant shipping methods
- experienced logistics partners
- accurate documentation for destination-side processes
Our responsibility concludes with correct export and professional handover at the destination port or further if desired.

Common Questions
Vehicle Export from China — Clear Answers for EV & ICE Buyers
What Types of Vehicles Do You Export?
We support export of a wide range of vehicles, subject to availability and destination feasibility, including:
- New Vehicles
- Used Vehicles
- Electric Vehicles (EVs)
- Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICE)
- Passenger Vehicles, Demonstration Vehicles, and Selected Commercial or Fleet Vehicles
Each request is reviewed individually to ensure it is commercially and practically viable.
Who Do You Work With — Private Buyers or Professionals?
We work with both.
Our clients include:
- Private Buyers Familiar with International Sourcing
- Automotive Dealers and Traders
- Fleet Operators and Mobility Providers
- Experienced Importers
Vehicle export from China should be approached as a Structured Import Project, regardless of buyer type. We explain suitability clearly before proceeding.
How Long Does the Export and Shipping Process Take?
Timelines depend on:
- Vehicle Type (New or Used, EV or ICE)
- Destination Country and Port
- Shipping Method and Carrier Schedules
As a general indication:
- Export Preparation Typically Takes Several Weeks After Confirmation
- International Shipping Timelines Vary by Route
All timelines are Estimates, not guarantees. We communicate realistic ranges and provide updates throughout the process.
Can I Visit China to Inspect Vehicles in Person?
Yes. Buyers may visit China to view vehicles or facilities by prior arrangement.
Where in-person inspection is not practical, we provide Documented Condition Information and explain inspection scope and limitations clearly.
What Level of Inspection Is Provided?
Where inspections are arranged, they are:
- Non-Invasive
- Focused on Documenting Visible Condition
- Supported by Photo and/or Video Documentation
This applies to both New and Used Vehicles, EVs and ICE Vehicles.
Inspections reduce uncertainty but Do Not Guarantee Mechanical Condition, Battery Health, or Future Performance. This is explained clearly before commitment.
Do You Provide Warranties or Guarantees?
No.
We do not provide:
- Mechanical Warranties
- Battery Warranties
- Performance Guarantees
Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, depends on OEM policies and may not apply outside China.
Our role is to Document Condition Transparently and Execute Export Correctly, not to offer retail-style guarantees.
How Are Payments Handled?
Payments are made via verified bank transfer to the contracting entity.
We require:
- Clear Invoicing
- Compliant Payment Sources
- Alignment with AML and Sanctions Requirements
We do not accept anonymous payments or unclear third-party payment structures.
Who Is Responsible for Import Duties, Taxes, and Registration?
Import duties, taxes, homologation, and registration are handled Locally by the Customer and vary by country.
Our responsibility is to:
- Export the Vehicle from China Correctly and Compliantly
- Provide Accurate Export Documentation
We clearly define where our responsibility ends.
Are Chinese-Market Vehicles Compatible with Local Regulations?
Regulatory requirements vary by country and can change.
We do not guarantee:
- Import Approval
- Registration
- Road Legality
We explain general considerations and risks, but destination-side compliance is the customer’s responsibility.
What About Charging Compatibility for EVs?
Many Chinese-market EVs use GB/T Charging Standards.
Depending on destination:
- Adapters or Hardware Conversion May Be Required
- Fast-Charging Capability Depends on Local Infrastructure
We explain charging considerations early so customers can plan solutions in advance.
What About Software, Apps, and Connectivity (EVs)?
Some EV software features may be:
- Region-Restricted
- Limited Outside China
- Dependent on OEM Systems
We focus on explaining What Works, What May Not, and Why, rather than overselling digital features.
How Are EVs and ICE Vehicles Shipped Safely?
Both EVs and ICE vehicles are shipped using established international methods.
We work with experienced logistics partners to:
- Select Appropriate RoRo or Container Shipping
- Comply with Carrier and Port Requirements
- Manage Documentation Accurately
Shipping risks and limitations are explained upfront.
What Happens If Regulations or Sanctions Change?
Trade regulations and sanctions can change.
If a transaction becomes non-compliant:
- We May Suspend or Cancel the Export
- Compliance Obligations Always Take Priority
This protects our customers, partners, and long-term operations.
What Support Do You Provide After Shipment?
We remain available for:
- Export Documentation Clarification
- Logistics Coordination Questions
- Export-Side Process Support
Destination-side matters such as registration, local servicing, or taxation are handled locally.
How Do I Know If Exporting from China Makes Sense for Me?
That is the purpose of the initial feasibility discussion.
Tell us:
- Your Destination Market
- Vehicle Type (New/Used, EV/ICE)
- Intended Use (Private, Dealer, Fleet)
We will explain whether sourcing from China is suitable Before You Commit.
